As someone who aspires to write for a living, I’ll take any opportunity to write about anything; a new movie, a book I enjoyed, a war between birds fighting for a chip by the beach. Inspiration can come from anywhere. My time on the Creative Advertising course has given me the chance to write about things I never even considered writing about, from pet insurance to Hobnobs, from thrush to face cream and I’ve loved the challenge. I’ve come to learn that writing is about finding interesting angles in unexpected places and as somebody who is naturally curious about the world around me, I’m driven to use that curiosity to be even more creative.
